Every photographer has their unique style, and it's essential to find someone whose style resonates with your vision. I specialize in both a candid and documentary approach, with a deep appreciation for artistic elements, as well as editorial. Can we meet before the photoshoot?

Absolutely! I believe that building a good rapport with my clients is key to a successful photoshoot. Meeting in person or having a virtual consultation allows me to understand your preferences, discuss the creative direction, and answer any questions you may have. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and ensure that I’m the right fit for your project.

What is included in your photography packages?

Amy Dawn Photography packages are designed to meet the diverse needs of my clients. Clients will receive a digital gallery with all their images, which can be downloaded and printed as part of the package. You can also order through your gallery. Each package can be upgraded to include a high-quality, personally curated hard cover photo album. I am happy to go over the details of each package and help you choose the one that best suits your needs.

Will you help with posing and directing during the shoot?

Of course! I understand that not everyone is comfortable in front of the camera (myself included!), and posing or knowing what to do can feel unnatural. I will guide you throughout the shoot, providing direction and suggestions to ensure you feel relaxed and look your best. My goal is to capture authentic and genuine moments which is why we will always discuss your vision prior to the shoot.

What is your turnaround time for delivering the final images?

I believe in delivering high-quality images promptly. The turnaround time may vary depending on the scale and complexity of the project. After your photoshoot, I begin the editing process, carefully selecting and retouching the best images. You will have a preview within 48 hours. Typically, you can expect to receive your final edited gallery images within 4 weeks.

How do you handle unexpected situations, such as inclement weather?

As a professional, I am prepared to handle unforeseen circumstances. If weather conditions are unfavorable, we can reschedule the shoot or explore alternative indoor locations.

Can we provide inspiration images or input for the shoot?

Please do! I encourage collaboration and value your input and ideas. I truly believe that a successful photoshoot is a result of teamwork and a combination of everyone's creative vision. By sharing your thoughts and ideas, we can work together to create something truly unique and meaningful.
